Symbols are powerful.

Symbols are powerful. They convey a message, stand for something, evoke emotions.

I had a first hand experience of this power recently, when traveling at the London Gatwick airport. I was wearing a T-Shirt with a Swastika on it's front. It was a horizontal Swastika, with the words 'Swastika - The Symbol of God' written below it. The symbol was not "inclined" to any ideology. However it did manage to raise some eyebrows and strange looks from the people at the airport.

Proves one more point, symbols don't mean the same for everyone.
