When will you move on, Mr minister?

Its that time of the year again... the time when the HR ministry in our country wakes up, to realize that it has been some time since it has flexed its muscles, things are going too smoothly for comfort and it needs to show that there is some ministry by this name in existence and doing work.

The result, decisions like increasing the reservation quota. Goes to show that after fifty years of independence the politics of this country is still ruled by caste and religion. Does make me wonder when our leaders will move on...
